What are your day jobs? I am a hair stylist at Path Salon and Jeff is a molecular biologist.

Where did you grow up? I was born and raised in Romania and Jeff is from Dallas.

How did you meet? I am a hairdresser and Jeff was one of my customers. When he came in we would always talk and joke with each other. Finally, after a few months, he asked me out as I was cutting his hair…. It was all very natural… Because we were friends first, falling in love was an easy next step. There are a number of reasons why I love Jeff. He is smart, he is hot and most importantly he puts up with my Eastern European behavior but the most important reason that my love for Jeff is so deep is that he is a great father to my son. He loves and plays with him as if he was his own and also guides and disciplines him as needed. Out of all the men in the world, I could not ask for a better father for my son than Jeff.

How did he propose? Our proposal was very romantic. We were visiting Paris. We were enjoying a candlelight dinner on an awesome restaurant boat floating down the Seine, when Jeff asked me to marry him…he did it during the cheese course…it was better than any proposal I could have imagined.
